October 22, 20178 yr Hello Joseph. Some more information from you would be helpful. Your computer specs Which flightsim? FSX or P3D? And a screenshot of what Event Viewer reports Uninstalling and re-installing can cause issues unless PMDG have specifically told you to do it Rick Almeida
