FS2Crew for the Majestic Dash 8 has been updated to V3.2.

The change applies to all versions, FSX through P3D 4.

Do we have to uninstall first, then re-install the latest update? Or can we install over the existing install? Thanks

You can install over the existing install.

Odd - I just re-downloaded from FS2Crew order page and the install said it was V3.1 still ?

Ok nevermind - I just downloaded it again and installed 3.2.

My splash screen still says 3.1 

Which splash screen?

When you open the FS2Crew Main Panel, the version number will flash.

That's the version number you should rely on.

When I click on the config screen I guesss?  says Majestic Dash 8 Q400 - Special Bundle Pack V3.1

at the bottom it says Config Manager 1.0

Not the panel inside the simulator. 

I just checked the screen inside the simulator and it does say 3.2

Yes I concur that the config splash screen does say 3.1 but 3.2 displays on the main bar in sim.  

You can ignore the version number on the splash screen.

I fixed that a few hours ago.  But there's no point in redownloading since the number on the splash screen makes no difference.
