So how do I go about getting into my account now? If you can log into your support account, then submit a ticket with the actions regarding the old and new email addresses you wish taken. Yesterday was a holiday here. We don't have a 24 hour support desk, and I'm certainly not able to provide constant support. I have finally managed to reset my password using a new PMDG account and new internet email provider instead of Microsoft Outlook. I have written to PMDG asking if my 2 previous down loads can be transferred to my new account? It's all okay. Easy to forget various different places around the world have different holidays. I do it all the time. And yes - East Coast for a few of us.
