I use IE rather then Chrome but otherwise we use similar software. I am afraid I don't have any suggestions other then to disable your anti-malware software temporarily to see if its getting in the way.

Hi Kyle,

It seems you have given up on my problem, not to worry just some more info I have tired on another computer and the same thing happened so....It seems it could be Outlook, so I might try another way

Best Regards

Paul Smith

I am having and issue as well. Except in my case. I was logging in to change my email addy since it is now closed. So how do I go about getting into my account now?

If you can log into your support account, then submit a ticket with the actions regarding the old and new email addresses you wish taken.  If you cannot log into the support account, then set up a new one using your new email account and submit the ticket.

Paul,

I was actively responding to you on Wed. Yesterday was a holiday here.

We don't have a 24 hour support desk, and I'm certainly not able to provide constant support. While I usually take a moment on holidays to answer tickets to get a break from the family, the forum usually isn't a part of that.

Hi Kyle,

Please except my apologies, I did not realise it was a " Public Holiday" over in the USA until today + we are ahead of you by 6 hours now if you are on the East Coast?

I have finally managed to reset my password using a new PMDG account and new internet email provider instead of Microsoft Outlook.

I have written to PMDG asking if my 2 previous down loads can be transferred to my new account?

I would like to take this point to "Thank you" for your help over the last 4 days and for your patience as well

Happy "Thanks Giving"

Best Regards

It's all okay. Easy to forget various different places around the world have different holidays. I do it all the time. And yes - East Coast for a few of us. Chris M is over in Greece, so he's a bit ahead of you. Ryan is an hour behind me, I think.

Have a ticket number? If so, I'll track it down and take care of it with an account merge. Good idea!

I appreciate that patience on your end as well. Stuff like this is always frustrating - for both parties!

We should have you up and running shortly!
