I seriously keep checking this forum, the bargain hunters forum, and Carenado's website daily to see if the annual sale is coming back. I hope to see some newer planes on the list this year. :-)

Hoping for my early access dcs f18c for Christmas. 

It's usually around the 8th or 9th of December.  Another week to go.

Tthe one aircraft I am really interested in buying, the 390 Premier 1a is NOT on sale.

I have been wanting to try this aircraft for some time. From what I have read it isn't worth $40. The systems fidelity just isn't there, like you will find in a Milviz or A2A product. So, I was hoping to pick it up half price. Guess that won't happen this year.

 

I would also purchase a couple other aircraft like the C400 CORVALIS or the PA46 500TP MALIBU MERIDIAN G1000. However, neither of these are on sale either.

 

I use sales to purchase things I wouldn't purchase otherwise. I see that as a WIN-WIN. If a sale only offerspast years' products which have mostly sold its majority of units and nothing else, to me it is a remnant sale. If Carenado would have put some of the currently desired products on sale, I would have bought things I normally do not purchase.

There's always next year.

Some of us were disappointed in '15 when the Phenom 300 wasn't on sale (it was released that year).  I just waited until the '16 sale and picked it up then.
