January 9, 20188 yr i think so that it makes no difference if FSX from discs or from Steam as to seeing other peoples aircraft. I have not had a problem. I had both FSX from disc and from Steam and it worked the same. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.
January 10, 20188 yr Nope, no problem. Load up FScloud or vatsim and fly with them. Just that you will or they will see an default aircraft on your screen. If they have the same payware/freeware aircraft installed then they/you will see it
