Looks like the one in the real picture has been sitting out in the sun for a while, so its paint is faded. The repaint is likely a representation of how the aircraft would have looked with fresh paint.

That paint scheme was not created until AF1 was a VC-137, Jackie Kennedy selected Raymond Lowey to create the beautiful artwork that is still in use today. However, it was never applied to the VC-118 Independence.  See also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_Force_One
