Missing lower EICAS button?

Featured Replies

Last night I had access to the surface control display on the lower EICAS via a button in the picture linked below; now I can't find it ANYWHERE, tried looking through every page in the FMC Setup and tried opening every livery I have to no avail. Can anybody advise? Thanks

I believe this depends on the equipment package of the particular livery. Not all 737s have that option. Did you by any chance switch livery?

Depends on the equipment in the aircraft. Please make sure to read the Intro Manual. In your case, you should read the section specific to Aircraft Options.

Isn‘t that the cam button outside the cockpit door? It‘s not simulated anyway, is it?

Actually it is the cancel recall autoland message button, enabled only with autoland fail operational.  All three buttons are related to the MFD, see FCOM 15.10.4.

Ah ok... I think I‘ve seen it once in my 737.. but I normally only fly the same livery that doesn‘t have it :D

Thanks all, yes it resurfaced in my BA aircraft, and turns out it doesn't do anything - it turns out the SYS page just differs between aircraft... Thanks!
