January 17, 20188 yr Since Cloud Shadows isn't a stand-alone product, but an add-on for the DX10 fixer, a discount would apply to everyone and thus be pointless. (yes, sometimes there are discounts that apply to everyone, e.g. 10% for new customers and 10% for returning customers ... but not here)
January 17, 20188 yr Commercial Member Yes thats exactly right. Having said that for new customers of the fixer I do offer a discounted upsell bundle of the fixer plus cloud shadows to try and encourage sales. i did actually once try to create a standalone dx9 version of cloud shadows without the fixer. Although it worked great most of the time it had a flaw that occasionally nearby cloud shadows would disappear so I had to abandon it. My FSX Analysis Blog
January 18, 20188 yr Considering what you get for the money, I think we get away cheaply. I've paid more for one aircraft than both Fixer & Shadow. I need neither. I bought them to support the great work done here. I've gotten my monies worth in education alone.
