P3D V4 Missing ILS

Featured Replies

Hi

After doing many flights in P3D V4.1 and putting so much effort in flight planning, I find that there are Major Airports are missing such as VTBS.

But also some airports are missing ILS frequency or the frequency is incorrect for certain runways e.g. LLBG ILS of Runway 8 is missing and so on.

NAV cycles are correct and frequency shows in FMC but is either missing or incorrect in P3D.

Is there a tool to edit/add ILS frequency like it was in FSX.

I would appreciate your help and advise in this issue

Regards

Navdata in P3D is very outdated, you need to update the navdata, 2 options:

Free one: http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids3.html but i found this one with some flaws

Payone: https://www.fsaerodata.com/

None of the navdata options will add an entire airport.  I am using the AA Sceneries VTBS, which looks pretty good in P3Dv4.  P3D is no different from FSX or any of it's predecessors in that navdata is baked into scenery bgl files and not part of a database that can be easily updated. Something we've always lived with and do not expect this to change in this decade.
