I bought JAPAN, Land of the rising Sun 4 weeks ago. The moment you put the CD into your DVD player or burner it says "Bitte ein moment uberprufe the original CD". Then about 10 minuts later it stops telling me "Bitte legen sie die original CD ein". Tried on my PC, My sons PC and a laptop and all fail. Send several emails to FSQuality Support but there has not been any answers. Shop exchanged the CD's but the second pair fail aswell. Does anybody know if they gone bankrupted cause support seems a dirty word there. Is there a JAPAN scenery on these double CD's at all.....Has anybody ran into this problem and how did you solve it. Seems kinda odd i have to start looking for a crack if i bought the program. 49,95 euro's and the installer keeps marking the original CD's as copies. Unfortunately i already bought this one, but this is the last FSQuality ill ever buy...Thanks

I had an issue with one of their Austria sceneries a while back. I seem to remember it took them longer than normal to get back to me, however I do remember that they were able to fix my issue eventually.

To add to the comments, where did you buy the disks?. I recall as there was an article not too long ago about fraudulent fs retailers. Maybe its saying they are copies, because they might actually be copies??.. I dont know.. Have you also contacted the store where you bought the disk? or directly from FSquality?

hello,i think the problem has to do with the copy protection fsquality used on his cd´s. do you have any burning software like clonecd or alcoholer installed ?I have their Roads of Europe and the Dash 8-300 both on cd´s and it takes forever until the drive recognices the cd.if nothing helps try installing the software in windows safe mode.Ron

Yep, i speak a little german to and understoiod the message. Annoyong part is that it will install on my sons PC, not mine. Tried installing over LAN but still no luck. Ill install FS9 on my sons PC and copy the folder to mine when installed. After all i payed for itPackage is original, LHshop at shiphol has only legid stuff.lolThanks

I emailed them asking how to get rid of the static scenery in their LOWI addon but never heard back.

Alcohol. Clone CD, Clone DVD etc etc. Have them all but dont copy their stuff. They should put a warning label on it 'that you cant own this'.Ill install on a friends PC and copy the folder to my PC, will work then.Thanks

Tried FSQUALITY but in they never reply, send aboiut 15 emails to their support line but no reply. The shop sells originals only. gave me another one but it has the same problem. Have to enlist a friend's PC to get this working.Thanks

Ehh.. it works on your sons PC now? In your first post you said nothing worked?. If so maybe its a problems with the cd drive?, so why not swap your sons to yours.

I cant remember the software but you can download virtual drive software.This bypasses all cd protection problems, at least it did for me.Safedisk protection was a pain in the rear, unable to validate the disk and that was with the original !!RegardsGraham
