OPUSV3 for P3DV4?

Featured Replies

I have used V3for years and never bothered to upgrade since I only use it for the camera options and not weather. I just purchased P3DV4, and started the OPUS Camera app and low and behold it works! Is there any harm in using this older version in P3DV4?

No problem running OpusFSX (v3) Live Camera however you will find more options and much smoother camera transitions, DHM etc. if you upgrade to the latest OpusFSI v5 software. Getting some great feedback for the latest 5.20 beta Live Weather with REX SkyForce 3D textures. This combo provides the most detailed and accurate weather in the sim, bar none.

I'm thinking of making the switch to P3D and also have the old Version 3.55.2. Will that work, including the weather?

Late...and a bit off topic but would very much appreciate it if this question could be answered.

As an old OpusFSX user is there a discount path to v5 and is it compatible with FSX (yes, I'm still using the old dinosaur).

Cheers.
