Please open a ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com attaching the dll.xml which can be found under C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 and will get you fixed. The above folder is hidden so if you do not see it you need to enable the option to see Hidden folders and files in your windows.
