February 13, 20188 yr There are 3 nice additions to P3D fleet, all rotaries... Are their FDM the same as default MSFS or have they been updated to some kind of proprietary heli FDM by LM / Sykorsky ? Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
February 13, 20188 yr Can't really answer your question, but I've yet run into a default P3D heli that made it worth considering. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz (8 cores) Hyper on, Evga RTX 3060 12 Gig, 32 GB ram, Windows 11, P3D v6, and MSFS 2020 and a couple of SSD's

I think Xplane gets the nod there. Actually DCS and even Arma 3 do helos better than both sims. which is interesting since they are probably adding them for training purposes. I can't imagine their systems are study level. Jason Weaver - WestWind Airlines; FlyUK Airlines; VirtualUnited.org
February 14, 20188 yr Commercial Member Has anyone noticed that vegetation/foilage is being blown around by the propwash? Even with the Speed Trees disabled. I never noticed this before, is this new in 4.2 or has it always been there? It even works with AI helicopters, that is how I noticed it. Best regards LORBY-SI
