I just discovered that Navigraph automatically charges my Paypal account for an annual subscription, without me doing anything. That's in disagreement with what they write on their web page https://www.navigraph.com/ViewNews.aspx?newsId=126 (FAQ Q1). Not happy.

Peter

The FAQ is correct, NG do not store your payment information which is handled by the third party.

From the subscription page where you have to select your option:

Quote

A bundle subscription with continuous and unlimited access to all our Charts and FMS Data services, including all revisions/cycles released. Will be automatically billed monthly (every 30 days) or annually (every 365 days). There is no binding period, it can be cancelled at any time.

Hi Stephen,

thanks for the clarification. I contacted Navigraph for a clarification and will see what they have to say.

Best,

Peter

Never ever let any website save your card information.  I can live with the 2mins it takes to enter each time.

As the FAQ says, they do not store your CC info or Paypal info. They get an ID# from PP and use that to process your subscription(s).
