Hi ,

I think I may have an issue with my dll.xml file not updating ,

I've had to reinstall my p3dv4 install from scratch as my windows drive went bang! and although p3d was on a different drive the dll,exe files were on the windows drive. So I decided to delete P3d and reinstall as well as upgrading to win 10 

since reinstalling I've noticed that the dll.xml file now appears in capitals rather than in lower case and does not seem to update as reinstalled things like pmdg aircraft ,active sky, simstarter , raas 

I suspect this is not normal and I may have an issue but not sure where to look or fix, are there other possible locations for this file?

Is this the dll.xml in \programdata or \appdata ?

Addons should be modifying the dll.xml found in programdata.
