Using Navigraph native navdata

Featured Replies

Hi,

I just started using Little navmap and I need some help with Navigraph navdata.

I have all my add-on's, simbrief and fsx synced to AIRAC1606. I know it's quite old but to me the main thing is that I use the same AIRAC platform wide and I don't want to update all my programs every new cycle, so I stick to this one. I have the AIRAC1606 available in different formats, but not in the Little navmap version. Would it be possible to convert the native navdata (or other format I have) to the required Little navmap usable format?

Cheers,

Luc

Probably not.

The Navdata that LNM uses either comes from Navigraph already in LNM usable format, or is extracted from the flight simulator and formatted by LNM.

Or course I'm not Alex and he may have something up his sleeve. :-)

As for my recommendation, spring for the Ultimate package.  Update all of your add-ons and do manual downloads of the current AIRAC then cancel your subscription.

Yeah, that's what I did with the 1606 cycle and I downloaded multiple formats but at that time there was no LNM (at least not that I was aware of, I just stumbled on this two weeks ago)

And it's not the money that's withholding me to buy another cycle, just the hassle to update all my add-on's again

Navigraph does not release recent cycles. You could get the fsAerodata navdata update for the simulator. They offer a 160X cycle (don't remember which one exactly) for the Garmin users.

I'd update to the latest cycle and then leave it as it is for half a year or so. I agree that monthly updates do not make much sense if you do not fly online.

This has been discontinued due to copyright restrictions imposed by Navigraph and Jeppesen.
