Hey folks, I updated to 1.08 (realizing now 1.09 is out) but figured i'd post anyway since the screen shots ( This magical thread: https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/535143-xenviro-v108/?tab=comments#comment-3839014) from 1.08 I saw didnt seem to have this issue.  For some reason I have this extreme blue haze on the horizon that it looks like I'm flying over the ocean at all times.  I tried playing with all the settings but couldn't seem to figure it out.  I tried the 'horizon shift' but it didn't seem to help.  I'll give 1.09 a shot and worse case go for a reinstall of xEnviro to see if it helps.

 

From my experience 1.06 is the least buggy release, but still... xenviro was a big disappointment for me!!Im now on UWXP with FSGRW and happy as never!

Still the best place to put those questions in on the x-plane org site, they have...xenviro... one sort of support there!

Xenviro has been buggy since 1.07. 1.08 clouds look really nice ! But there is a crop circle bug, fixed in 1.09. But the clouds in 1.09 look awful compared to 1.08, and there is this nasty blue tint in stratus clouds, etc....

I am still using 1.06 and feel it's quite solid. Was kind of stoked when I heard about the 1.09 release but seeing screenshots of the clouds made me want to claw my eyes out.

Man, I absolutely loved xEnviro (well, still kind of do as 1.06 works good for me) but think they've gotten seriously stuck. 

I was on 1.06 but was having issues in FlyInside as I mostly fly in VR.  I upgraded thinking things might have improved but it seems every version of xEnviro is becoming a step backward which is a shame.  xE vs Skymax Pro v3 I thought xE was far superior.  I haven't tried SMP v4 though to know if that was worth it.  I may have to do what dmarques69 said and try something different altogether.
