May 12, 20188 yr Hi guys. First of all, this is my system ram: 8, GPU: Nvidia Geforce 960m 4g, CPU: Intel core i7 and screen resolution 4k I have a problem and it is that when I'm in the gate the game does not lag at all and runs very well, but when I request pushback, the game is very legged. And when I tick off the lag disappears. I also installed the Acceleration version, but the problem still persists thanks for reading
May 12, 20188 yr You really did not give a whole lot of information about your computer hardware nor your FSX graphics and scenery settings, but my first guess is that you are seeing pauses and stutters. This is a sign that your settings in FSX are greater than what your computer can process. Moving jetways and high autogen settings can quickly overburden a computer. My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.
May 12, 20188 yr Author NO . Even on the lowest graphic level, when I emphasize the plane on the ground, it pauses when it moves on the ground. This problem did not exist until yesterday, but it happened today
May 12, 20188 yr Administrators How about a list of any addons, like airport scenery, AI aircraft programs, possible payware weather programs you are running. Anything new added between yesterday and today? Possible computer update overnight? FSX installations has FSX>SP1>SP2 or you can buy Acceleration and then you only install FSX and then Acceleration. You cannot have FSX SP2 and then install Acceleration on top of that. GSX requires FSX with SP1/SP2 or FSX Acceleration to run properly. So, if you have FSX/Acceleration, I would recommend uninstall Acceleration, then run SP2.exe and, if it has an option to uninstall, uninstall it. Then I would run SP1.exe and if it has an option to uninstall, then uninstall it. Once completed, restart FSX and go to the basic scenario/flight, shutdown, and then install Acceleration. Run FSX again and go to the basic scenario/flight and then shutdown if all works well. Then install Acceleration and then download and run the latest AddonManager from FSDT. May 12, 20188 yr Author hi I mean sp2 and Acceleration that I tested both versions but it still remains a problem. And this problem comes when the plane just moves on the ground. I removed and reinstalled fsx with all plugins, but the problem is not fixed.
May 12, 20188 yr Hopefully you can get it figured out. Just wanted to make sure you knew SP2 and Acceleration do not mix. You can only have SP2 or Acceleration but not both installed. SP2 is coded differently as it is the freeware version of Acceleration. Jim Young | AVSIM Online! - Simming's Premier Resource! This problem did not exist until yesterday, but it happened today So everything was fine and smooth, then one day, you started to get pauses? Did you install any new add-ons or change any video card or FSX settings just before the pauses started? Did you install any new software on your computer just before the pauses started? Was there a Windows and/or driver update just before the pauses started? It is possible that you did not have SP2 installed then. Or, did you try to uninstall SP2 while Acceleration was installed? It appears you have a mess. I would completely uninstall FSX - https://support.precisionmanuals.com/kb/a87/how-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-fsx.aspx. Then reinstall FSX and then Acceleration. Acceleration will install SP1 and Acceleration is the payware version of SP2. Jim Young | AVSIM Online! - Simming's Premier Resource! May 14, 20188 yr I agree, time to completely uninstall, then reinstall. I highly recommend installing to a directory other than the default Windows/Program Files directory.
