May 20, 20188 yr Hey guys, ive been tweaking my fsx cfg file for awhile and recently ive notice blurry textures i dont know what happened why it all of a sudden it started going blury. at first it starts fine then there is blur everywhere does anyone have any ideas to fix this thanks so much. May 20, 20188 yr Administrators Probably caused by your tweaking. Rename that .cfg file and let the Sim build a new one and see what your textures look like. May 21, 20188 yr Blurry textures results from your computer's CPU not being able to process ground textures fast enough. Tweaking the cfg might improve this behavior, but it can also make it worse. The AvSim guide is your friend when it comes to setting up FSX and, to a great extent, FSX-SE, for best performance.
