Both the Minimum Manoeuvre Speed bar and the Minimum Speed bar in PFD seems to be too low (regardless of weight). Has PMDG fixed it yet?

Don't expect product updates/fixes until after the release the B748 and flush any initial problems with it.  The problem was identified a couple of months ago, and if someone put it on a trouble ticket then I'm sure it's in the bug tracking system to at least have someone from the technical side validate it.  This thread isn't the best place to build a squawk list.

I wanted to know what you wanted in an update. The answer could have been as simple as "just bug fixes." I wanted to know when the 777 update would come out and if it would be free of charge. I thought that this update was definitely due. Yes, I want an update. Not because the 777 would be unflyable without, of course, but because it would further round out an already very good product.

I did not perceive your question about what I would be expecting from an update as "straightforward". I rather perceived it as a trap where you would be laughing at the end saying there would be no update at all. That's why I said that it's not the question what I expect, but what's going to be in the update. When you stated, funny or interesting or whatever "how this worked out" I came to believe that my thought wasn't so wrong after all.

The bugs that I mentioned concern tickets that I had submitted. Your detailed knowledge of these tickets is of course not necessary for the initially very limited scope of my questions. As an example, I'll be mentioning the bug that makes your fuel in the auxiliary tanks vanish when you resume a saved flight, subsequently leading to a "fuel imbalance" message (I'm not asking for help on this bug here).

In no way did I want to "drag you through the mud". Most likely I would have even ignored the usual 'taciturnity' of PMDG, but in the other thread, in turn, I felt kind of dragged through the mud (or thrown at with ..., as I expressed it). I won't be looking at the other thread any more.
