Chaseplane advanced features error

Error while activating advanced features
There was an error while activating advanced features like Smooth Zoom and Static Cameras. We have disabled those features for now. You can still use ChasePlane and your presets.

Anybody knows that? It suddenly appeared, without making any change...

Hi,

 

I am using FSX and getting sporadically the same error message. It would usually be the first time I start the program on a given day. if I terminate FSX  and Chaseplane and re open them, everything loads fine and no error message.I cannot really pin this  down to any specific set of circumstances other than first start of the day. I am using latest experimental version.

After getting the error message, generate a report file from the preferences and send it to us via email, we’ll try to figure out what happens

Upgrade to the latest version of P3D? Why should we have to do that? Its our choice as to update to 4.2 or not. I perfer to stay with 4.1 and will not do it. Why is this software reliant on that?

I am running P3D4.2

I was prompted to upgrade Chaseplane to v4 which I did.

I then experienced the same problem - non-smooth zoom and also the pan function I allocated to my hat switch didn't work.  I disabled advanced features to roll back to the previous version and everything works fine again :)
