P3D VER 4.3 wont start

Marc, thank you so much for the suggestions. That fixed the log file error. To everyone else, thank you ALL for your help. I have it installed and running. What a couple of days. Now to have some fun, again thank you each and everyone.

Thanks That did it!!! the file was a shortcut called delete generated files in the install directory. It prompted me to enable all addons and were back up

delete / rename
Prepar3D.cfg

see if P3D starts (will generate new default Prepar3D.cfg)

mine does same when

EnableVoiceControl=1

speech doesn't work and freezes the startup (I just mentioned in a new post)
