Haven't updated yet.

There are no reasons why it shouldn't work, except perhaps for fsInsider64.dll not reading GSX written text to green bar in P3D V4.3 (something that breaks occasionally when a new P3D version comes out).

In any case, if will eventually be updated if required.

Here is some feedback. Only a short flight, so that might not be complete

F/O is not able

- set transponder

- starting the engines

- arm spoilers

- handle parking brake

- switch weather radar on/off

- push approach button

- set heading, v/s

Thanks for feedback.

Parking brake and spoilers. It's possible they changed those to use default P3D variables so that third party software like Vatsim ACARS can read them.

No worries, MCE should be up to date with both the aircraft and P3D V4.2 by the middle of next week.

After 20-30 minutes into the flight I loose my F/O. MCE is still running but

the F/O or ground is not reacting to anything I say.

Communication gets also broken when I go into full screen (Alt+Return).

These should be sorted when applying this patch (V2768)

Thanks Gerald, I will try set. By the way will MCE also work with the newly released

FSL A319X? MCE dlls and fsinsider64 will stay in therir place in P3D4.3. So MCE might

use the setup for the A320X?

Manually copy "fsInsider64.dll" and paste it to \Prepar3D v4\ main installation folder, replacing existing one.

Copy files "mcfslA3X.dll" and "mcpmd73X.dll" and replace the 2 dlls in \Prepar3D v4\MCE dlls\ folder

Replace "mce.exe" in \Multi Crew Experience\ main installation folder.

Replace speech grammar files in \Multi Crew Experience\CandC\ folder, using the 4 files in the patch (inside <CandC> folder)

Since Fo doesn't care about external 3D model or specific performances related to A319 v 320 or even A321, as long as the VC switches haven't changed, it should work just as it does under A320.

In any case, there should be a full release this Saturday, that will integrate those files in the patch. This is just to save you re-installing.

Gerald, all these files are not in the download. Nothing to extract.

Have you tried the following?

Download file to your desktop. Your anti-virus may object because the zip contains "mce.exe". exe files are considered a threat when they are direct downloads and not put there by program installers.

Right-click the file and select "Extract all". I mean use Windows built-in unzipping capability and not third party tools.

It should extract and reveal 2 main folders and n9 files total

Could eventually re-upload.

Yes I have tried that on 2 computers. I use windows extract but I do not even get the extract option

when right-clicking. Never had a problem before with this. Did you try to extract the file?

OK, let us know if FSL A320 or A319 require any attention.

I only made a short test on the ground. I reinstalled the newest A320X on a different

volume as I ran out of space on my systemdisk.

F/O is not able to handle

heading/v/s

weather radar

engine IGN/Start switch

Thanks for the help

Unzip this file then replace "mcfslA3X.dll in \Prepar3D v4\MCE dlls\ folder.

Issues fixed.

Also added ability to control Radio 1 (captain's radio set) Nav1, Nav2, Marker, Adf1 and Adf2 buttons for the purpose of identification. I mean using these commands that are already available for other aircraft.

Identify nav one

listen to markers

Identify adf one

stop ident nav one

stop listening to markers.

etc....

Issues fixed using this replacement dll

HDG and VS working here.

Perhaps Roman (sbs9) can confirm.

Thank you, Gerald, outstanding support as always!

PNF is now able to perform the whole after landing flow, outstanding! Well, there is one thing I must still do myself - switching off PWS 🙂

I prefer to do critical things myself, thus I use FCUsupport=0 parameter. Maybe I can allow Will to bother with FCU the next flight, we'll see 😉

Thanks Gerald, is working fine here also. Heading/V/S sometimes yes sometimes no, but that

might be my setup. For the time beiing I am only flying the A320X. Funny thing is that the F/O behaves

different using IAE or CFM model. In my "runway entry procedure" I have "landing lights on", F/O does

that without a problem in the IAE variant, in the CFM she/he moans "not a robot..." and does not turn the

landing lights on.
