Anybody else having a frame rate hit and stutters usually on approach with pmdg 777 and payware airports ? never had it bad with the previous version. My system is old but runs fsx se perfect medium high so I don't think its the hardware but could be wrong

CPU load in  EFB averages around 1 1/2 % which is almost nothing. You have something else going on if it effects FPS.

Regarding the cpu hit.....I looked at networking the client but the hit is so small (on average 0.8 %) that I didn’t bother. I just let efb run on the last two cores as well.

https://forum.aivlasoft.com/topic/3092-benefits-of-running-client-on-network/

as for navigraph charts, I had the subscription for a while. But honestly, the value compared to what efb offers in one off payment just isn’t there imho.

A long time ago, when I still had HDDs and first i7's, I remember it being a huge difference having a 2nd computer, laptop or whatever, to run all the other apps. There have been some others in between, but since I have the 6700K high-clocked, lots of fast RAM and Samsung 970, I really don't bother any more. Been flying since I got 3 screens with everything, and the sim is just smooth!

As for the charts, put aside that price-tag, I was in the cockpit of a real A320 in 2017, couple of times just before the flight, and I saw them have an iPad (or was it some other "Pad"...) with EFB (I guess it's Lido/FlightBag). Loks similar to EFBv2 in some ways. It made me think however, if they still carry charts... I guess they do, but never thought of it.
