August 21, 20187 yr Hello guys Can someone please suggest me a good Ai traffic addon please? An addon which provides almost all the liveries and all aircrafts types. I am currently using My Traffic 6 but i see some missing textures. for eg: there is Air Asia but not Air Asia India and there is GoAir but only the pink coloured texture whereas in realworld GoAir has blue, black, Red,etc. Even Etihad Airways is of old liveries and the A380 version can rarely be found in AbuDhabi airport. Can someone suggest a good addon?
August 21, 20187 yr Traffic Global is in early access and available on the Just Flight website now. I too am a longtime user of MyTraffic and am very pleased with what I see so far in TG. It's not finished but it gets better with every revision appx every 2 weeks. Beautiful models, great sound and animation...just needs more schedules which are being worked on. August 22, 20187 yr Author Does it provide cargo aircrafts? As UT2 is a great addon but the problem is it does not provide cargo aircrafts and i read the User guide and some pdf files available for it and it seems to be complicated to run the program. I hope thats not the case with TG.
August 22, 20187 yr Hi zabri, Yes it does provide cargo aircraft. And they look good. As of version 1.07 they currently use passenger routes as the cargo routes have not been added to the schedules yet, But they are planned. Basically you down load the program, install (I recommend not in C:\ Programs) and compile the database. Now there are folks who are having problems but it worked for me on the first try so I chalk that up to either misconfigured windows set ups or level 8 errors. The Early Access forums are active and the developer responds well. To repeat, I am very pleased and since Burkhard Renk took ill it doesn't seem anything is happening with MyTraffic...at least for a while. AI Masters ...........for mine, after many years using UT2 / UTL, the most for reliable / latest & updated(able) schedules / compatible models & liveries for most active airlines, passenger & cargo, commuters / regional / international etc. etc. many recent timetables are available ..... you use compliers (AIFP) to build your database alongside their AI Manager & Editor programs where you can customise to suit where you fly (no need for worldwide, nor will you have missing liveries). for now, cheers john martin
August 22, 20187 yr Author One of my friend uses UTL. The only problem is its confusing on how to operate settings. Some airports have huge amount of traffic while some have less and some none. Eg: VOBL is a Bangalore International Airport in India. I understamd that this airport was constructed after the release of FSX which means FSX does'nt have this airport by default which results in no AI traffic or less AI. UTL recognises VOBL very well but stail does'nt inject much AI traffic in it. When traffic is increased upto 100%, hardly 1-2 aircrafts are spawned.
