Depending where you live, Aviv. Accordingly, so it falls into place whether the hardware parts are easily and readily available to you.

If so, you should then be up and running.

Oh boy... if that is the case then spend as much as you can and if that result isn't good enough spend more.  Honestly, price needs to be part of the decision process otherwise there is no decision. 

My only other comment is just an opinion, one doesn't need much of a computer for FSX.... it's a very dated and obsolete software developed for systems a hobbyist might have ten years ago.

Nicely put, Dan, specially for a 32-bit FSX. Kind of an analogy of having loads of cash to buy a Cadillac yet opting for a Model-T Ford!🤣
