March 5, 20233 yr I have this problem consistently. If I start the PMDG B748 (FSX) and get ready to fly. Navigraph wants me to login. Great! I login and make sure the "Keep me logged in" is checked. I takeoff and when I go to the EFB to look at the chart, Navigraph wants me to login again. Happens over and over. On a related issue, if I try to use Navigraph Charts on the Quality Wings B787 EFB, FSX crashes to desktop every time. I pay for Navigraph service, but they keep saying "it is some one else's problem". Eric Parker
