Changing motherboard + licencing

Featured Replies

Hello,

My computer is currently experiencing issues, and my motherboard will be replaced. Everything except the motherboard itself will he untouched.

I am unable to boot into Windows, meaning I cannot deactivate my PMDG products. Will my licensing be affected?

Thanks.

Most probably yes. You will be asked to reactivate once you start again. If you have any issues then just open a ticket.

Hello,

I had a similar problem, P3D would not be reactivated but my PMDG product was fine once reinstalled.

Coincidentally, I also found that it is not easy to deactivate a licence on a PC that will not boot up.
