October 28, 20187 yr I have an issue that may have been resolved but I'm not sure. I have flown the PMDG 777 for about 4 months without an issue. However I deleted the 777 because I was getting an RAAS issue after purchasing Imaginesim VIDP and Blue Marble Skygazer. After the fresh install of the 777 now it just crashes. No other aircraft makes it crash only when I select the T7. The screen loads to 100% I get the Initializing green bar and the countdown to 0 then it freezes and I get Prepared 3D exe has stopped working. Can anyone help me?
October 28, 20187 yr Since everything was fine before you installed VIDP and Blue Marble, I would suspect one of those before the 777. Try disabling/uninstalling your recently installed addons and see if that corrects things. October 29, 20187 yr Author Hey Ted I have done that. Which is why I'm so puzzled when I'm flying any other aircraft with or without those two add on installed it works flawless no crashes. But if I fly the T7 it crashes. I have a lot of add ons from Active Sky FSDT, Fly Tampa, REX, PTA, FS Real Time, Orbx I also have FSUIPC 5. It's very weird. I flew during Cross The Pond yesterday on Vatsim with no issue. But, now I cant even get 200 feet off the ground. This is what I got from EventViewer. PS: this is my very first time on a forums of any kind and I'm not to knowledgeable when it comes to the inner workings of games. But based on what I have found on the forums and the Avsim CTD Guide. I hope this is adequate information. If not please let me know. October 29, 20187 yr I'm having a similar issue, RLM; my PMDG 777 crashes about 50% of the time. Typically, panel.dll is the culprit, according to Event Viewer. Edited October 29, 20187 yr by kingm56 Matt King
October 29, 20187 yr Probably best to check in the PMDG forum here on AVSIM for a solution. Cheers, Rob.

October 29, 20187 yr Commercial Member or... software which has created settings for you which are messing things up. I've lost count of how many times I've seen this with ucrtbase.dll being flagged (which is Dot Net software). In addition to what Jim wrote above, you might try deleting your Prepar3d.cfg file and the Shaders folder and see if that resolves things. Best wishes. October 30, 20187 yr Author I actually have my sim working again using the PMDG 777. Even with the Skygazers and VIDP installed. All I did was restored my pc to the day before CTP and It's back up and running. Weird, yes but I'm very glad to have it running again I do not know why I was getting the error nor do I know what caused it. I have a feeling maybe a relative may have downloaded something on my laptop. Any who thanks everyone.
