I am new here and not sure where to write this and this Seems like just a good a place as any. If wrong please feel free to correct me. I have the PMDG 737 6789. Because I am somewhat new to Windows 10 and P3D of any version I have installed and uninstalled and reformatted my computer to try to get things tweaked which leads to it getting somewhat messed up. Thats why there is several installs and uninstalls. Now I am getting a message that I am out of activations.

What do I do?

The PMDG birds for P3D all have a feature in the FMC that allows you to deactivate your license...for future reference, you should do that first before uninstalling/reinstalling it.

Thank you pedrotrindade for the help with the link as I didn't see anything before that had where you could send in a ticket. Also thanks to w6kd for the tip on using the FMC so I don't have to request activations.
