FSX at Night

Featured Replies

Get hold of this little utility:AutoStar for FSX. File name on AVSIM library is autostarx.zipIt will sort the stars out for you automatically, or you can tweak it manually if you like:, since it has a lot of options. It's one of the best freeware things for FSX and is well worth having.Al

Well, I have stars.dat in my main FSX folder and I don't have any stars when up at cruise say around FL350. I see them for a time on the climb but then never see them again until dawn breaks. I use REX v2, GEX and UTX. I am wondering if the haze which obscures the ground textures somewhat during the day is what obscures the stars at night? Wish I could see the stars but alas, I have none right now. Also, I dont use the ENB bloom mod.
