January 14, 20197 yr If I posted this already, I apologise for repeating myself. I 'fly' the 737NGX on FSX-E with Win 10/64 bit. Also loaded are Active Sky Next. I did have FS2 Crew briefly but couldn't get to grips with it and uninstalled it. I use SimBrief to generate flight plans, which show as valid for Airac 1901, My current 'problem' is that, no matter how (or how many times) I install Navigraph for PMDG, manually or directly with Data Manager, or where I 'put' the files, the FMC doesn't recognise all waypoints or airways that I enter into the 737 NGX FMC. The INIT page notes that the current (Airac 1901) is the dataset installed, so it seems to 'know' it is there. Most recently I tried a flight from East MIdlands to Pisa, but could only complete the flight plan set up by missing out a number of airway or waypoint references. Any advice would be welcome. January 14, 20197 yr It appears we have similar setups. I too use SimBrief for my route planning, but found that in some instances Navigraph wouldn't recognize (allow the "save") for the upper airways suggested by SimBrief. All was good when I manually deleted the "U" prefix from the airway designator. I always manually input the SimBrief route into the Navigraph route planner, validate the route through the Save and then input the plan into fmc. Good luck.
January 14, 20197 yr guys, delete the PMDG assignment from the navigraph manager and let it find it again automatically. They (PMDG I think) have changed something a couple of months ago that made this necessary. Even while the correct cylce was shown it didn't update it correctly on my system until I read about this. the "u" you deleted names the "upper" airway. So all you do it using a wrong airway. Doing this in reality might be really dangerous. Edited January 14, 20197 yr by Ephedrin ,

January 14, 20197 yr I use the auto update from Navgraph and have never had problems with it until recently. For some reason, it now takes an inordinate amount of time to upgrade to the current release of the data base. However, the data base updates wind up in the correct location. I'm running Win 10 on an i7 system. Does anyone else have this problem? Jim Driskell James M Driskell, Maj USMC (Ret)
January 15, 20197 yr The PMDG database as well as the Active Sky database have always been to longest installations in my manager. ,
