So I have been thinking about installing some freeware airports. I am trying to install an airport for Shenzen but I don't even see an entry for the airport in default P3D V4. Am I missing something or does that airport not exist in the game. I have some ai flightplans for the airlines that fly there but they never land, they just fly around and around. Again, not a problem but something I am curious about.

It exists in default P3D v4 for sure.....

In the Navigation/Go To Airport/Select Airport menu... ICAO ID = ZGSZ    Airport Name = Baoan   City = Shenzen

As for any freeware add on airport scenery for ZGSZ, make sure it's v4 compatible, and you installed it correctly, and activated it in the scenery library....

I really can't figure this out but it does not exist in my P3D V4. it's not in the drop down list and when I put in the code there is nothing there. It's so strange. Is there a way to check for missing airports?

    As another check I just tried ZGSZ  in my copy of P3D V4.4  and Shenzen  came right up.

Nope, not for me and also if I fly over there, it's just a blank space and all the ai is circling around it because there is no place to land. Oh well I guess I won't be flying there but it's very strange and now pretty annoying. Thanks anyway

Do you have the latest P3D Content and Scenary versions? In other words be sure you have scenary 4.4 and content 4.4, updating the client only does not give you the rest of the simulator updates.

My P3D installation has Scenery 4.0, Content 4.2 and Client 4.4 and Shenzen is there.
