pmdg 747-400 update

hello i am trying to install the latest update for the pmdg 747-400 in the operations centre but it wont seem to do it just stays on the black screen that pops up saying fetching available product information for p3d

Running the Ops Center as administrator?

It depends how old your version is you may have to download the newest version delete the old version and install the new version.
