I think nobody saw in the trailer, in the Dubai scene, there are actually streams modeled in the see like what we can see in real life.

But if you look closely, you can see those streams in almost every scene with water (like the one just before) in the distance.

How did they make it?

That is because it stands for flight simulator insider. That site is the insider program, not the actual product page.

The product is called Flight Simulator.

Just as a point of interest, if you type in flightsimulator.com it will redirect you to that insider page. Also a whois search shows flightsimulator.com as being registered to Microsoft.
