FCOM - normal procedures.

 

RADAR (if required).......................................................................................................................... ON

PREDICTIVE WINDSHEAR SYSTEM  ..................................................................................AUTO

 

key word is 'if required' 🙂

The FS2Crew PM always sets that during his Taxi flow.

I'll make it a user option, but the company I'm following has it always on, but they may turn it off during cruise if desired, then back on for descent.  At night it's always on.

Ideally to add it as a departure brief item to decide before every flight to use the radar or not.
