Can't log in to PMDG and can't reset my password

I tried to log in to my PMDG account and got a statement that I have to reset my password first. I was supposed to receive an E-mail allowing me to do that but no E-mail came, even after several attempts. I can't contact PMDG without first logging in, so this post is my only hope.

I don't filter anything. I should mention that I tried to log in in a different screen and chose the "forgot password" option. I quickly received an E-mail in response. I also sent an E-mail to the support desk address and quickly received an automated E-mail reply that I have to submit a ticket first. Unfortunately, I have to log in to do that.

That happened to me on the weekend. I did it over and over again and it finally sent me an email. Seriously did it like 18 times. Maybe an issue with their new set up.

Dugald, the best way to solve this would have been to submit a support ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com. If you've never submitted a support ticket before, you would have had to create an account anyway to do so since this is different from the store account for exactly this reason, in case you can't get to your store account, you wouldn't have been completely hosed. As far as posting here, you are not likely to get any help from anybody from PMDG here since they relocated their forums to forum.pmdg.com. The only one from PMDG I still see here on occasion is Kyle. With that said, it appears that some people were having issues with receiving e-mails, depending on the e-mail provider they used. I was one of them. In my case, the e-mail to reset the password didn't show up until 37 minutes later, long after I had the issue sorted by PMDG support.
