Even Sweviver, who supposedly works for them now, has not spoken up in months. We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... September 6, 20196 yr I believe they are busy on their Pimax 8Kx release. (New eye panels) Should be released this year however with all the latest competition around at the moment, it might get delayed for further improvements. (Just guessing) FWIW, I use the Pimax 8K (current version) with good results. But I’ve only ever used Pimax (4k, 5k, 8k) so I have nothing to compare it with. The 200 degs FOV is great but recommend a 2080ti GPU or higher as it needs some horse power. My next move will be the 8kX when it’s released because it will have true 8k resolution 4k per eye. They say there’ll be little to no SDE. However who knows what GPU will be needed for that baby.
