Download my PMDG Aircraft again

Recommended Posts

I had to reinstall my sim and need to download all my PMDG aircraft again, I don't see an option to do that from the operations centre, and I don't see anything in the downloads section on the website?

Can anyone enlighten me, I'm sure it simple and I'm missing it :)

You must log into your PMDG account and re-download the individual installers for your purchased products. Unless you have backed up the latest installers. Regards.

I can't see any installers in the download section, I think the downloads are done by direct link via email, then updated in the operations centre. I want the 737 NGX and I can find an email for it either? Not my day 🙂

Maybe head over to the dedicated PMDG forum site. They can assist you over there. https://forum.pmdg.com/

If you can dredge up an old backup of your installers, it may be worth the trouble, as I have recently been reading that Boeing has revoked their license of material used for the manuals, and the current installers no longer include the extensive documentation that once came with the PMDG add-ons.  Must be a bitter pill for an outfit named "Precision Manual Development Group."

You need to sign into your account from the 'Customer' link at the bottom of their page. Its a terrible design.

You can then download from the 'order' details.

Extensive documentation is available from the link in the PMDG Operations Center.

We agree, and have noted at much in one of our forum threads - we've put in a request to our web host to make it...ya know...logical to use. Hopefully they'll fix it sooner rather than later.
