September 8, 20196 yr I had to reinstall my sim and need to download all my PMDG aircraft again, I don't see an option to do that from the operations centre, and I don't see anything in the downloads section on the website? Can anyone enlighten me, I'm sure it simple and I'm missing it :) Pete Pete Markovic

Unless you have backed up the latest installers. Regards. September 8, 20196 yr Author I can't see any installers in the download section, I think the downloads are done by direct link via email, then updated in the operations centre. I want the 737 NGX and I can find an email for it either? Not my day 🙂 Pete Markovic

They can assist you over there. https://forum.pmdg.com/ Edited September 8, 20196 yr by Peter Webber Peter Webber MSFS 2020 & 2024 / Windows 11 / Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF / MSI Pro Z890-S WIFI / Samsung 970 EVO PLUS M.2 500GB / Corsair Vengeance DDR5 48GB 7000MHz / MSI Geforce RTX 4070Ti Super

September 8, 20196 yr If you can dredge up an old backup of your installers, it may be worth the trouble, as I have recently been reading that Boeing has revoked their license of material used for the manuals, and the current installers no longer include the extensive documentation that once came with the PMDG add-ons. Must be a bitter pill for an outfit named "Precision Manual Development Group." September 8, 20196 yr You need to sign into your account from the 'Customer' link at the bottom of their page. Its a terrible design. You can then download from the 'order' details. Extensive documentation is available from the link in the PMDG Operations Center. Edited September 8, 20196 yr by SoJourned
