September 23, 20196 yr Hi all, After starting P3Dv4.5 on three different airports (EHAM, EDDF, LCLK) UGCX stops responding after captains "Go Ahead". I tried different mikes, but no joy. Reinstalled UGCX but still nothing. Please advise. Pieter Edited September 23, 20196 yr by MBY298

September 23, 20196 yr Author I also noticed I have to wait at least 20 seconds before it registered my @Go Ahead@

September 23, 20196 yr Commercial Member Can you post your entire log please, not just a clip of it. And did you see "Go ahead" in the Green bar when you spoke it? Maybe it's just a voice training issue. Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
September 23, 20196 yr Author I said "Wilco", but I have never done this before. But copying the log is taking ages, is that correct?
September 23, 20196 yr Commercial Member Wait, you said "Wilco"? That's not in the manual. Please follow the Voice Pushback Tutorial to the letter. Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
September 23, 20196 yr Author Hi Bryan, I said wilco meaning that I would send you the log 😉 But this is taking a hell of a long time. Is that normal?
September 23, 20196 yr Commercial Member Hi Pieter, Ah I see... that makes more sense 🙂 In voice control, when you say "go ahead", the ramp agent should respond instantly. There should not be any delay. Please confirm you're following the manual so we're all on the same page. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
September 23, 20196 yr Author Hi Bryan, I did everything according to the manual. Maybe you can tell me how I can safely uninstall UGCX. And than make a clean new instalation.
September 23, 20196 yr Author And Bryan the delay is after the initial call from the ground."Ground to flight deck". If I respond immediately the answer is not going through . I have to wait for the green bar to disappear before I answer with "Go ahead"
September 23, 20196 yr Commercial Member Re-installing won't make a difference. If you pause 1 second or so after he says Ground to Flight, does "go ahead" then register and the Ramp agents starts asking about the Comms check? B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
