Taxi and Landing lights not alluming on ground

Featured Replies

Hello there, since I recently started night flying I noticed that the landing, taxi and actually no lights from the aircraft are alluming the ground. The lights itself are shining buit they are not lightening the ground or the aircraft itself. This issue is only affecting my PMDG and QualityWings aircraft, not the ones for example from Aerosoft (CRJ700&900X). Does anyone have a clue what the problem could be? Dynamic Lights and Landing-lights illuminate ground are both enabled. The issue appears both, on payware and default airports. Here is a picture: https://imgur.com/sPYSLLH

Thanks in advance,

Maximilian

Also note that with dynamic lighting that the illumination depends on the scenery developer.  I've got some sceneries that are beautifully lit by the taxi light and others where the same aircraft doesn't seem to have lights at all.

I think you also have to tick the box Aircraft lights illuminate the ground. Or something like that in OPTIONS.

I've got both settings on currently but the landing lights are so weak I can barely see them illuminate the taxiway/runway including on most of my payware AC...

Did the update to P3dv4.5 reduce the landing lighting effect somehow?

Is there any other way to get them brighter?

Thanks!

Dynamic Lights and "Landing-lights illuminate ground" are both enabled, also this happens on add-on and default airports. Is there a way to disable all shadera (for example Tomato Shade) at once?
