The FSDT uninstall probably isn't removing all traces of the airport registration information, so when you reinstall it finds the old registration. The only suggestion I have is to ask FSDT how to remove all traces, including the leftover registration data, so you can get a 100% clean install. You could go on a fishing expedition yourself to try and locate it, but there are a lot of places in Windows to hide the stuff. Beyond that, never having experienced the issue that you are having, I am out of ideas. Sorry, wish I could have helped more..
