October 2, 20196 yr I think in the real world, god rays are a rare occurrence. They happen when humid condensed air or smoky air combine with sun coming through thick clouds. Many games just have god rays everywhere there is sun, and that's just not realistic. If you are seeing god rays all the time in the real world, you should probably get your eyes checked.
