October 18, 20196 yr As our company's SOP (for Boeing as I only know), it's after the per-flight preparation and checklist, doors closed and manifest received likely in 30~10 min before planed take off time. FMC programmed with route beforehand, after receive clearance and manifest, set departure and performance, then check and set MCP,speed\N1 bugs etc... then ask for P/B S clearance...
