I just received an update for the rxp GTN 750 (mod date 11/14/19) and am confused as to what to do with it.  The only option that I can see when I crank up the .exe is a "reinstall".  Any help is appreciated here.  Thank you.

I have the same question.  I have been reinstalling, however, I hope to hear a better way to update.

I installed the new version without uninstalling the old one. No problems, takes 3 minutes.

How have you been doing it?  The "reinstall" button?  That's work for me only once but for the last 2 updates, it's not working.  Help if you can.  thx!

To be honest, I don’t remember all details. Downloaded the file and installed it using email address and password. Did not remove the old version before.

Use the reinstall button but pay attention to the next dialog after clicking it. After so many updates you have to go back to the support page and request an updated key file by inputting your email/purchase order number. Really an odd practice but that dialog will state you are closing in on max installation activations. Be much better for it to install updates itself. I can't count how many times I've had to do this now for my GNS's.🙄

Problem with my update, most of the unit works fine, EXCEPT the ILS will only flag.  GPS OK VOR VLOC fine, but NO ILS
