Thank you for the reply Dave but I don't think that's the case since I have always had SV activated. Have tried with ILS and RNAV approaches and this doesn't seem to pop in at all.

is there a trick to getting the vector cursor to show up in the PFD? I can't find any setting for it and have yet to have it show during a landing and I've had some rather tricky ones too.

Have you used the EFB and input weights per seat then click load plane? That works every time for me. Good Luck and quite a few different people too.

Not familiar with MOZA but is there possibly a button assigned to remove / lock controls? i have one mapped to one of my sticks just because i don't like the walk around function and it applies or removes when activated. If not maybe check the FS2024 control options and apply it to see if it removes it.

Has anyone had issues during takeoff right after lift off the BS-Caravan states crashed then locks FS2024 into a continuous loop? Has happened twice now (each attempt to fly after purchase) and all engines elements and functions were fine and in the green ranges. Worst part is it forces me to halt the sim via Steam force quit. very odd and on restart it all shows to be fine. Just purchased this bird and really didn't feel the installation went well.

Not that I have done the W11 update that way, but I have ran into issues with W11 updates in the past. You may try Googling how to clear the W11 update cache that seemed to get mine through those weird errors in the past. Hope it helps & good luck.

I love the Caravan too, and Thranda's ability to create your own livery and set up of the dash gauges make it ten times more enjoyable. Can't go wrong with it, and if looking for a small GA their F33 is also just as fun.

I was using Smoothing until 12.3.2 came out and had to revert back to LSS for now. I suspect Laminar will get performance back up during this beta run and I can go back to the NVIDIA smoothing but until then, it's LSS for me.

Not sure B, don't have VR anymore. Not sure what effects the FM has on this. Can't hurt to try though. 🤠👍

1. No, I still run from my shortcut 2. Not sure but I don't think they would conflict, give it a try. One thing I have found between LS & FM, X-Plane seems to be the only program that FM works better for. I still use LS for MSFS, ATS and a few other games, where I found the FM to be a little less smooth. But for XP, it works fine..

I think you do and up to this point I never installed it. But it works now so give it a shot. You can disable most of its annoyances in the settings too. 🤠👍🏻

Just giving a thumbs-up 👍 to the new NVIDIA (581.08) driver for the Fluid Motion ability in RTX-40 series cards. Installed this driver today, applied the standard settings I use with X-Plane and clicked the Fluid Motion toggle as a test. Now to back up a little, I have been using Lossless Scaling for quite some time now, which is still a good option, but wanted to test the new FM facility in this driver. Started the normal items first, XPME, RivaTuner 1/2 Refresh, OpenTrack, then ran XP12 with VFA Piper. Steady FPS the whole time and absolutely less lag than LS. I plan on testing it some more on other games to see if it's a placebo but so far 👍👍..

I agree fully, since Tobii works flawless in 2020, it's the implementation of 2024 that screwed this up. The only true work around at this point is to utilize Tobii through Opentrack, which functions as good as Track-ir. Still just adds another app having to run just to use it.

I wish it was more tuned towards GA like AH2 was.🫡 It does look like they put a lot of work into it though..

I have both versions and love them both. Though the Entegra is a little more taxing on FPS on my machine. Both fly fine along with the additional supported versions. Well worth the purchase IMO. 🤠👍
