So I forgot to un-install P3D before wiping my SDD of my old computer and know I can't activate P3D on my new PC. I sent them an email late Friday to reset my license but I am not sure of they are working this week. I know that it takes up to 2 business days for them to get back to me. Yesterday would have been one and today 2. I really hope they can get back to me soon.

Do you have a backup made before wiping the drive?  If so, you could restore that, and then uninstall to recover your activation.  Otherwise, you're probably going to have to wait a few days.
