You know that's almost identical specs to my old computer...right down to the GeForce3 Ti200 card.And regarding the GeForce3 Ti200, that is why you can't see any changes in the water...that card is DX7 or 8 (can't remember) and it won't display the DX9 effects....just as you surmised...RhettAMD 3700+, eVGA 7800GT 256, ASUS A8N-E, PC Power 510 SLI, 2 GB Corsair XMS 3-3-3-8, etc. etc.
