January 2, 20206 yr Yes, I think so, and then you can reload your shaders with a joystick button mapping..., but better is to post your question at the TOGA forums, to be on the safe side. You can also buy Envtex for the textures if you want so. Envtex and/or Envshade will be a part in Envdir, which is the main programm to handle the settings) Set your desired sliders settings in the Envshade section of Envdir Apply this settings in Envdir/Envshade Compile your shaders in P3D (you can leave P3D open and running, even while flying would be possible) Look at the results. Like it or tweak it further and start by 3. Envshade is a great "out of the box" shader enhancement tool. I like it because there is not much tweaking needed (I tweak NOTHING in there because it is great as it is out of the box - my opinion). Regards Marcus Regards, Marcus P.

Just to clarify, in #2 don't you mean that Envdir is included if you buy Envshade? AFAIK, Envdir isn't sold separately...I know it comes with Envtex, but not sure if it's also included with Envshade. Thanks for that: You buy Envshade and/or Envtex and get Envdir as a main programm in which Envshade/Envtex ar a part of to handle your settings/sliders whatever. 😉 Regards, Marcus P.

January 3, 20206 yr Author Adjusting the sliders for a while. and lol I must admit default is by far the best looking. another question thou. i have envshade envtex asp4 asca now can somebody please elaborate on then envtex intergration with cumulus cloud textures. thoughts please? ASCA or ENVTEX cloud textures? cheers mike Edited January 3, 20206 yr by mikeymike
January 3, 20206 yr It's recommended that if you make any adjustments to shaders you should delete your Shaders folder after exiting Prepar3d. They will rebuild to the new settings next Sim start. Edited January 3, 20206 yr by JustanotherPilot YBCG
