Just a thought, I know you don't want to drown everyone in options, but especially for short taxi times it would be cool to have the flight controls checked before taxi starts (after the after start checklist). I've seen a lot of airlines do this irl.

Well, with button control, right now you have to go through "clear left side - clear right side" (before you start moving the aircraft) and "brake check" (which IRL you would only do while you're moving) first... 

In Voice Control you can do this, but Button Control is just naturally more 'scripted' and rigid this way.
